Intructions:

1) Preheat the oven at 160°

 

2) Measure the flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, almond and vanilla extract, melted butter in a bowl.

 

3) Mix well until blended, then beat for a minute.

 

4) Spread half of the mixture, add apples and cover with the rest of the mixture.

 

5) Bake for an hour and a half
